Bellows for hot chips protection
Bellows with stainless steel sheets, for a perfect resistance to the impact of incandescent chips at high temperatures of up to + 900ºC.
The slats or sheets can be both mobile and fixed. The mobiles are installed when when compressing the bellows we do not have more space and we need the slats to rise to 90º, on the other hand if we have space behind the bellows, we can place them fixed, thus achieving a better seal between the slats, and therefore , preventing small chips from straining between the slats.
Manufactured with high frequency welding or thermowelding.

This type of bellows is used for protection against different environmental agents, especially sharp materials, welding sparks and high temperature chips and also serves as operator protection.
The stainless steel sheets are placed on the U-shaped bellows, on the curtain type, rectangular, square, closed or accordion type bellows.
