Way Wipers are indicated to drag large amounts of shavings, oils and / or coolants in metal cutting machines.
They are profiled and welded with standard dimensions or customized according to drawing.
In standard they are supplied in 1000mm or 2000mm sticks.
The way wipers are manufactured with a stainless steel profile, with or without oil outlet to the guide and with a high-quality polyurethane lip that gives it an excellent drag capacity: of chips or coolants.
Almost any design can be outlined according to plan or sketch.

Stainless steel and polyurethane lip way wipers (ACB-LG)
They are profileable, with a cleaning lip and rear airtight seal to prevent coolant flow.

With the same characteristics as the ACB-LG, but with a pre-scraper or stainless steel stick.
It is advisable to use this type of scraper when there is a large amount of chips.
Vulcanized way wipers
Composed of a lip in NBR or Viton (FPM), with a steel or aluminum sheet insert.
Excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, coolants, acids and mineral oils.
Low sliding friction.
Temperature resistance of 100°C in continuous and momentary of 140°C or 200°C (viton)

Cylindrical way wipers
To prevent contamination of hydraulic fluid and to clean moisture, particles and dirt from piston rods in hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
The standard materials for these wipers are nitrile rubber (NBR) or viton (FPM), in black color.

FLEXIBLE SILICONE PIPES
Flexible industrial silicone tubes, adapted to your needs. Recommended for conducting air or hot water, pressure and high temperature. Recommended for both vehicles and the industrial sector.
They present excellent flexibility, facilitating assembly. They have excellent resistance to aging and oxidizing agents, such as UV, ozone, etc. In addition, they are resistant to oils and hydrocarbons.
Anti-freezes and anticorrosives do not affect them.
For temperatures of -60°C to ‘180°C, although they can withstand peaks of 200°C.
The V-shaped v-rings provide an optimal axial seal for any type of rotary shaft, made up of a body plus a lip that helps retain grease and prevent contamination. The most popular material is NBR, although we also have v-rings in CR and FPM.

Vring or v-ring, is an elastero joint formed by body and lip, it is manufactured in 4 different profiles: VA, VS, VL and VE.
As it is an elastic material, it fits perfectly, keeping the joint together and rotating together with the shaft.
It is used to prevent the entry of both sealed and liquid particles: dust, liquid splashes, expelling them outside the closure area. It also prevents the release of the lubricant by acting as a seal.

- NBR or acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, the most common, suitable for fats, oils, hydrocarbons, lubricants, vegetable and animal oils … also with some acids and bases in solution. For temperature range from -20°C to ’90°C
- CR or chloroprene rubber, resistant to inclement weather outside, UV rays, alcohols, mild acids, ammonia, argon and other gases and for the same working conditions as NBR: greases, oils, … temperature of -20°C up to ’90°C
- FPM or fluorocarbon rubber, used for environments with highly concentrated chemical agents, or oils at higher temperatures, excellent resistance to oxidation, hydraulic fluids, .. temperature range from -20°C to 190°C
