Roll-up covers are used as an alternative to bellows when the available space is too small and a complete seal is not necessary. Usually for the protection of lifting tables, guide rails, winches, racks, etc.
They can be manufactured with or without housing. With high quality technical fabrics or with a stainless steel band available in different thickness.
It is a flexible, retractable protection, in permanent tension and easy to install, although in some cases it may need guidance. They can be installed vertically, horizontally or crosswise.
They are silent protections and are easily mounted.
Type of aggression: cutting oils, greases, dust, chips, etc.

Options
At the end of the fabric band a steel plate is placed that can be flat or in the shape of an “L”, it can be glued or riveted to the fabric band.
Roll-up covers with Housing
The roll-away protections can also be made with a housing, to protect the fabric of the roll-up protection.
To minimize the clogging of material inputs, we use stainless steel scraper systems or brush scrapers.
Although we have standardized dimensions, these may vary depending on the type of spring used, the conditions of use and the mounting position.
